What would you highlight about Charmant Studio
Accomodation was ok if you were not worried about uncomfortable bed and lack of privacy
Really nice shower. It looks like they have gone to a lot of trouble getting it to a quite a good standard.
It didn’t feel private as the blinds on the windows were not attached in the correct location. The blinds when in the closed position had large gaps on the sides enabling people to look at me in bed if the lights were on. See photos. The bed could have been more comfortable as I could feel the springs. Communication with the provider was poor. All emails were in French and I had to use google translate to understand what the requirements were. I missed the bit that wanted my id. This meant that I did not get correct info to access the accommodation. Google search for address was not clear either. When I got to the address, I had to find someone to listen to the instructions given over the phone that was spoken in French. The 15:00 checkin finished up being around 17:00. Not a good start to my stay

Had a great quick visit to Paris
Location was great. Easily walking distance to the Eiffel Tour, Arc de Triumph, and many metro stations. The apartment also felt very secure. The booking team was very responsive to any communication as well.
Small details such as a few coffee pods for the coffee maker or an extra hand towel would be appreciated.

Good location, Poor maintenance
Location
We got the room at 4pm though check in time was 3pm, conveying that the room was not cleaned. Water was clogging in the bathroom. No Knife, handwash, Dishwashing liquid, Hair drier. The room is a bit cold and almost took a day to warm using the heater. We tried to reach out to customer care, but they never responded to me.
